Our Advanced Workshop for Trainers at Best Western in Juhu was a great combination of fun and learning. Our participants from competing organizations as well as diverse industries (Insurance and Pharma!) bonded together and shared their concerns and views over the period of 2 days.The program was focused on issues of content creators for training. We covered training for products as well as skills - using a range of training techiniques to match with the learning style of the audience. We talked about changing the way slides are made today, practised creating games, telling stories, making caselets and role plays.
